Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers spectacular rooms with a 2 person interior LED jacuzzi and a huge veranda showcasing an unlimited view of Paris and the Eiffel Tower. However, the current major renovation detracts from the overall experience. The small rooms are in need of updating, affecting the initial impression during the first few nights.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were different from what I expected based on the web pictures, but I got a free upgrade for checking in late and checking out early, which was nice. The room was supposed to have a double bed, soundproofing, and air conditioning, all at a discount.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms were old-fashioned and not clean, the service was fantastic and went above and beyond. The location was excellent, making it handy for tourists, but the dining options were limited and unsatisfactory.
The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Paris, making it a great base for exploring the city's main attractions. The rooms were modernized and comfortable, but they differed from the online pictures. The service was a mix of helpfulness and rudeness, with friendly gestures like rose petals and complimentary chocolate, yet encounters with an extremely rude front desk manager. The dining options were satisfying but limited in variety, especially for breakfast. Overall, the location was the hotel's standout feature, being close to iconic landmarks like Champs Elysees, Louvre, and department stores.
My stay at the hotel was a bit mixed. The room had some issues with the toilet not draining properly, and I felt it was overpriced. The noise level was quite high, and there was a lingering grandma's house smell. However, the staff, while not overly helpful, were at least polite, though I had a concerning experience with a room that was not available despite my payment being processed with no refund. The location was a bit tricky due to the restricted area with many policemen, making it somewhat difficult to reach, but it was extremely central and close to major attractions, offering good value. The dining options were limited and not up to standard, but the facilities were satisfactory.
Although there were some issues with room readiness and refunds, the hotel provided a nice view of Paris, had very helpful staff, and a great location, making us consider a return visit.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were lovely, but looked a little outdated and shabby for the location, giving a somewhat 'triste' feel. The service was a mix of kindness with moments of misery, especially when staff spoke disrespectfully amongst each other. The location was good and central, allowing easy access to exclusive shopping areas in Paris, although only being close to the Louvre. The dining experience was not the best, but better than some other places in France, unfortunately a bit unorganized and pricey. Facilities were decent, catering to basic needs.
The hotel is ideally located for exploring Paris, close to many tourist attractions, but the rooms appear old and outdated. The service was good, with some helpful staff members. The breakfast quality was subpar, and the facilities were average.
Upon my arrival at this hotel around 3 p.m., I found the rooms to be below average with a strong damp smell and presence of bed bugs. The atmosphere was not welcoming as renovations were ongoing, causing noise and dust. However, the compensation of a complimentary breakfast was a thoughtful gesture despite the room not being ready.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were a good size with an awesome view of the Eiffel Tower from our big terrace, which was a good start, but they fell slightly under my expectations. The location was perfect, right in the middle of all the best parts of Paris and close to the metro, making it easy to reach anywhere I needed to go. The dining options were good, although I had to queue every day and felt there could have been more choices available. In all, a stay with ups and downs but a satisfactory experience overall.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room was lovely with a huge bed, walk-in wardrobe, separate toilet and bathroom. It was spacious, cosy, and beautifully located on the 8th floor with a good size balcony and a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower. However, the dining experience was not good and very unorganized.
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms were spacious enough to make some adjustments for comfort, but the mold on the walls was a downside. Additionally, the lack of a bathroom fan made it uncomfortably warm after a shower. However, the location was ideal for shopping at high-end stores, being close to famous brands and landmarks. The dining experience offered a good selection for breakfast, but the noise throughout the night was a major drawback.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although under major renovation, were clean, quiet, and perfectly located for shopping and exploring key attractions. However, the lingering smoke smell was uncomfortable, making it hard to fully relax.
I was really excited about the twin room but unfortunately, it wasn't available when I arrived at 6 pm. The hotel has a spacious walk-in closet and a large bathroom with a full tub and separate shower, but the decor could be a little more modern.
